Who we are
MitigAid Restoration works out of Braselton and covers a roughly 40-mile radius around Gainesville, from Buford and Flowery Branch up through Cleveland, Dahlonega, and Toccoa. When you call, a person answers, and the owner is dispatched to the job rather than a rotating subcontractor crew. That is the whole difference between a direct provider and a call center that resells your emergency to whoever is available.
The houses here have their own habits: daylight basements cut into rolling terrain, red clay that holds water at the surface, and hard winter freezes that reach pipe running through unconditioned crawl spaces.
